Freezer Ideas for Lunch

Feeding my kids at lunch some days can be a challenge. We usually school until 11:30 and, despite a mid-morning snack, they are usually ravished by lunchtime. And some days, sandwiches just don’t cut it! Having a few meals stashed in the freezer speeds up the process for us and leaves everyone more satisfied than good ‘ol PB&J.
