Spring is in the air, so get outside to enjoy it because there are slim-pickings this month on any streaming platform besides Disney+ and PBS.

Mamas, there’s one for you that I want to highlight this month. On Disney+ and Hulu, The Menopause Revolution will air. This is a special hosted by Oprah Winfrey with a panel of guests. As I move through perimenopause/menopause, I want to be better informed. I don’t know about you, but I only heard it talked about in hushed tones.
