Sometimes I just want to let someone else teach. I want someone else to impart their love of a topic to my kiddos. And I’ll gladly pay for that to happen.

There’s an audience for everything & a teacher who loves said topic. When I spot an uber-specific class, I know there’s a passionate teacher on the other side. Who better to excite my kiddo about world architecture & Minecraft than an adult who loves it? I sure don’t & there’s no way I’d be able to teach that well.

Tips, Tricks, & Details

Be sure to read the reviews for the teachers & the specific class. Parents tend to be pretty honest! We’ve had experiences where we really liked the teacher in one class but not in another.

Check the details carefully! Some classes are live, some are not. Some meet just once, others meet all semester. On-going classes are more like stand-alone classes but you ‘subscribe’ to them. (I like these because we can cancel a week here or there & we won’t be charged.)

All live classes take place via Zoom. Pre-recorded classes take place on alternate platforms.

Check the refund policies carefully. Their refunds are pretty generous, in my opinion, but they do vary based on the type of class.

Disney Classes for Littles (Grades 3 & Below)

Keeping the littles engaged in a live class takes a special teacher! The energy must be high & the topic interesting. And that’s just what these classes have.

For the older kiddos, Disney Outschool classes are the topics that excite ME! Man, what I wouldn’t have given to take one of these when I was young.
