Online Classes for Core Subjects

Learn Beyond the Book — A homeschool community in California that has taken their classes online. The variety is HUGE! Everything from holistic nutrition and high school math to history through Minecraft and Planetology.

GamED Academy — Use Minecraft to explore a variety of subjects including math, geography, life science, and literature studies

Medieval Studies — Dig into medieval times with niche classes like Americas in the Middle Ages, Fencing in Late Medieval Times, and Religion & Faith in the European Middle Ages.

The Language of Harry Potter — At Next Level Homeschool, one of the classes includes a dive into the etymology of the Harry Potter texts. There is also a popular Harry Potter Genetics course that is offered each fall & sells out quickly.

Learning Outside the Box — With a focus on teaching gifted kids, these classes will push students to really think & explore. At the time of writing this, the online options are limited but keep checking back.
